Client: Sunset Palms Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida, a fictional family-owned and operated boutique resort that caters to families, couples, and corporate retreats.

Challenge: The client felt that their previous about page was lacking personality and failed to make an emotional connection with potential guests. They wanted copy that relayed who they are at their core: a warm, inviting, and down-to-earth family run business that provides luxury stays.

Solution: I led with copy that gave a snapshot of the values and mission of Sunset Palms Resort, while simultaneously weaving in the benefits of staying here: get a personalized, intimate, and memorable experience. After, I launched into the longstanding history of the resort told by the owner herself, to give it the warm, personal affect the client was looking.
