Welcome Email Sequence

Client: Serenity Aesthetics Med Spa, a fictional company that provides luxury skincare treatments.
Challenge: The client only sent a one-size-fits-all email when new customers would book their initial consultation or service. The email lacked personalization and didn’t match the brand’s message or nurture relationships.
Solution: I wrote a 5-part welcome email sequence to nurture relationships from the moment the client books their appointment. The emails build excitement, convey who Serenity is, and prepare the client for their upcoming appointment.
Additionally, I included follow-up and referral emails post-treatment to encourage repeat bookings.
