Client: Kobé Steakhouse, a Teppanyaki restaurant with thirteen locations across Florida.

Challenge: For Kobé’s 40th anniversary, the owners wanted to encourage the community to help them celebrate by dining at one of their restaurants and ordering from their limited-time anniversary menu.

Solution: After interviewing the owner of Kobé about his reflection on the restaurant’s 40-year history, I wrote a press release to spread the word. I included sensory details about a typical Kobé dining experience, and promoted the discounted anniversary menu to encourage readers to dine at Kobé today.
