Client: CBM, an Orlando-based digital marketing agency
Challenge: The agency was unhappy with its current social media presence and posting consistency on LinkedIn and Meta platforms. They felt that there were no real differences between what was being posted on LinkedIn and Meta despite the goals being different on each platform:
- Instagram & Facebook goals = Show potential hires that CBM and Downtown Orlando are great places to live and work.
- LinkedIn goals = Position CBM as a thought leader to build authority and attract new leads.
Solution: I devised unique strategies for each platform to help CBM meet their goals. Each month, I created a content calendar and scheduled out posts via a third party platform, posting at optimal times of day to lead to increased engagement.
